What QuickerReply Does

QuickerReply is an AI-powered tool that generates professional replies to customer reviews. It's available as a website (quickerreply.com) and a Chrome extension for Google Business Profile.

Data We Process

• Review text you submit: Sent to our server for AI processing. We do not store review text after generating a reply. The text is processed in memory and discarded.
• License key: If you upgrade to a paid plan, your license key is stored in your browser (localStorage or chrome.storage) and validated against our payment processor (LemonSqueezy).
• Usage count: We track how many replies you generate per month, stored locally in your browser, to manage the free tier limit.
• Preferences: Your tone, reply length, and business type settings are stored locally in your browser.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect personal information (name, email, IP address)
• We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or cookies
• We do not sell or share any data with third parties
• We do not store the reviews you submit or the replies we generate
• We do not create user profiles or accounts

Third-Party Services

• Anthropic (Claude AI): Review text is sent to Anthropic's API to generate replies. Anthropic does not use API data for model training. See Anthropic's privacy policy.
• LemonSqueezy: License key validation is handled by LemonSqueezy. See LemonSqueezy's privacy policy.
• Vercel: Our website is hosted on Vercel. See Vercel's privacy policy.

Chrome Extension Permissions

If you use the QuickerReply Chrome extension, it requires these permissions:

• storage: To save your settings, usage count, and license key locally in your browser
• activeTab: To add reply generation buttons on Google Business Profile
• host_permissions (business.google.com): To inject the QuickerReply interface into your review management page
• sidePanel: To provide a sidebar interface as an alternative input method

Data Retention

We retain no data on our servers. All user data exists only in your browser's local storage and can be cleared at any time by uninstalling the extension or clearing your browser data.

GDPR

QuickerReply processes review text only for the purpose of generating replies. No personal data is collected or stored. If you believe we hold any data about you, contact us and we will address your request within 30 days.

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent version.
